The Shorty 6 brake was updated in 2009 to minimize "chatter" when used with lightweight forks.
Features
- For use with road or cantilever levers
- Center mount pads for reduced brake chatter
- Oversized springs increase reliability in harsh cyclocross conditions
- Arms are easy to center with a spring adjuster screw
- Uses road-type brake shoes so you can easily switch to pads made for carbon rims
