I became a triathlete again.
Now, it could be said I never stopped being a triathlete since May 11, 2013 when I crossed the finish line at the Waukee Y Pieathlon Sprint. But the intervening five years were less than impressive.
Maybe you are taking spin class and have been using your running shoes. However, maybe you want better foot position to avoid discomfort or want a stiffer sole so you can transfer more power to the pedals. Our mechanics got more room to work last year when they moved out of our retail space and into the building across the parking lot. (This was the same time when we moved our warehouse and on-line operations from that building to a larger location.)
