    Alyx Sacks gets a bicycle fitRecently, KCCI's Alyx Sacks stopped by to talk to Kyle about bicycle fit. They discussed why it's so important for any ride, but specifically for RAGBRAI (Register's Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa).

    Bad form can lead to "my knee hurts, my back hurts, my hands are going to sleep, my neck hurts…" Bad form is not usually the riders fault. It comes from the bicycle fit, which come down to where we touch the bike: our seat, our feet, and our hands.

With trademarked terms like “Rider-First Engineered” and “Body Geometry,” Specialized has made it clear that they have not overlooked the most important part of every bike: the rider. On a recent trip to Specialized headquarters, I was able to attend a class at their Specialized Bicycle Component University. There I witnessed first hand the latest data-driven techniques that they have developed to make the bike fit the rider.
