From regular maintenance to emergency repair and everything in between, our trained, fast, friendly mechanics can do it all. We offer five levels of service packages, listed below. And we can handle any repairs you need—just call, or better yet, stop by.

The Ultimate Service Package $600

This service package is for the rider who wants it all. All labor is included. Parts beyond those covered in the New Bike Feel Package are an extra charge.

  • All elements of the New Bike Feel Package
  • 12 months free service

New Bike Feel Package $500

Don’t buy a new bike every year, buy this service package instead. We recommend this package annually for competitive and/or high-mileage cyclists.

Drop your bike off and we will return it to you feeling like new. After recording all your fit measurements, we will completely disassemble your bike. Then we will clean, lube, and tune as we rebuild it.

This package includes all labor and all the parts listed below. Additional parts will incur an additional charge, e.g., chain, chain rings, cassette, jockey pulleys, disc brake rotors, bearings, handlebar hoods.

  • Complete disassembly and reassembly of entire bike
  • Drivetrain removal and cleaning
  • Complete lube
  • Shifting adjustments
  • Brake adjustments and pad installation (no charge)
  • Brake bleed for hydraulic brakes
  • Bearings overhauled and adjusted
  • Cables replaced (no charge)
  • Wheels trued
  • Tires and tubes replaced (no charge)
  • Handlebar tape/grips replaced (no charge)
  • Frame cleaned and polished
  • Replace any other worn parts (additional charge for parts)
  • One free checkup and adjustment

Annual Service and Cleaning Package $140

We recommend you bring your bike in once a year for an annual checkup. If the complete disassembly offered in the New Bike Feel Package seems too much for your bike based on the miles you put in as a recreational cyclist, bring your bike in for the Annual Service and Cleaning Package.

We will disassemble the drivetrain (the part of your bike that takes the most abuse), clean it, reassemble it, and lube all of it. We will also lube the cables and, if necessary, recommend you replace them. We will get the shifting and braking dialed in, and true your wheels.

This package includes all labor. Parts are an extra charge. We may recommend replacing cables/housing and tape/grips, brake pads, tires, tubes, chainrings, chain, cassette, bearings, or bottom bracket. We will let you know what needs to be replaced and why.

  • Drivetrain removal and cleaning
  • Complete lube
  • Shifting adjustments
  • Brake adjustments
  • Brake bleed for hydraulic brakes
  • Wheels trued
  • Inflate tires
  • Tension all bolts
  • Frame cleaned and polished
  • Replace any worn parts (additional charge for parts)

Basic Service Package $85

We recommend this service whenever you feel things are “not quite right” or as regularly scheduled maintenance if you ride less than 100s of miles a year. We will give your bike a thorough lookover. Most common problems will be solved, but if we find any broken or worn out parts, we will let you know.

We will check the entire bike for safety and functionality, verify all parts are installed correctly, and perform the following service:

  • Complete lube
  • Shifting adjustments
  • Brake adjustments
  • Wheels trued
  • Inflate tires
  • Tension all bolts
  • Frame cleaned

Safety Check and Quick Adjustment $55

That bike was working the last time it was ridden, but that was awhile ago. This quick safety check will get you up and running quickly.

When the bike is dropped off, if our service advisor notices that it will require more than simple adjustment, they will recommend the Basic Service Package and point out why.

We will check the entire bike for safety and functionality, verify all parts are installed correctly, and perform the following service:

  • Lube chain
  • Simple shifting adjustments
  • Simple brake adjustments
  • Inflate tires
  • Tension all bolts
