We provide free return shipping labels for all domestic orders and all APO/FPO orders that include a US ZIP Code. Please contact us at or 515-259-3489 to request a shipping label. If you send an item to us via another method, we cannot guarantee that we will cover the shipping cost.

For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order. Contact us if this will not work for you.

In all cases, pack the item safely. Damage occurring during return shipping due to improper packing will be the customer's responsibility.

New Items

New items can be returned with original packaging in saleable condition at any time for a full refund.

Customer will receive an email when we process the return.

If original packaging is damaged or missing, the item is considered used.

Used Items

Used items must be returned within 30 days in undamaged condition and will receive store credit.

Warranty Claims

For warranty claims, contact us. Some manufacturers will want the item shipped directly to them, or may require additional steps before shipping.
