Trigger Point SMRT-CORE Level 2 DVD
The SMRT-CORE Level 2 DVD adds intensity. The level 2 exercises add a push-pull to the movements from level 1. This adds focus to the core muscles and allows you to build more strength and stability. As with level 1, the DVD includes SMRT-CORE Essentials, class exercises, and two workouts. Trigger Point recommends that you begin Level 2 only after comfortably mastering Level 1.
