According to the folks at Trigger Point, the SMRT-CORE Level 3 DVD "is not for the faint of heart." Progress to the hardest part of the exercise and then hold the position. This level asks you take the push-pull, add a press, and then add a pause at the peak intensity of each movement. It takes strength to get to this position and incredible stability to hold it.
